About Zakeer husain
Hanshi Zakeer Hussain is the National Chief and Secretary General of South Asian Shigeyoshi Shotokan Karate. He is a highly respected martial artist with decades of experience in training, coaching, and promoting traditional karate.
He holds multiple prestigious ranks including 8th Dan Black Belt (WKF), 8th Dan Black Belt (KIO), 7th Dan Black Belt (Japan), and 4th Dan Black Belt in Kobudo. His dedication to martial arts has earned him recognition at both national and international levels.
Hanshi Zakeer Hussain also serves as an Asian Karate Federation Judge and National Coach for India (NF). He has participated in World Traditional Karate Seminars in Okinawa, Japan in 2017 and 2020, and served as a referee at the World Kenyu Ryu Karate Championship in Osaka, Japan in 2023.
Through his leadership and experience, he continues to guide and inspire karate practitioners while promoting the values of discipline, respect, and excellence in martial arts.
